Tequila Mushrooms

Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 c. tequila, warm
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• Salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation

• Melt butter in skillet.
• Saute mushrooms until golden.
• Warm tequila, pour over mushrooms.
• Ignite, put out flame with sour cream.
• Season with salt and white pepper.
• Serve along side steak.
