• 1/2 cup black beans, canned, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup chick peas, canned ,rinsed and drained
• 1/4 cup celery, chopped
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 Tbs olive oil with 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
• 4 oz grilled flank steak
