Tomato & White Bean Wrap

Ingredients

• 1 (8in) whole wheat flour tortilla
• 1 slice part skim mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
• 1/2 cup white kidney bean, canned
• 1/4 cup chopped tomato
• 1/4 cup basil leaves

Preparation

• Top tortilla with cheese rice, beans, tomato and basil
• Roll up tightly and microwave for one minute to heat
